Rapping & Re-writing Shakespeare
Location: Leicester Adult Education College

Shakespeare is compulsory in every school in the UK. Young people are finding Shakespeare less and less accessible. Young people are having political decisions made on their behalf that they don’t necessarily feel benefits them. There is a generational divide. Let’s start re-writing, rapping, dancing, signing, using whatever way you feel best expresses your individual voice, to re-claim these stories and political decisions we have inherited.
Nima is currently acting in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s 2018/19 season, Nima also wrote & performed a one-person show at the RSC.
