When is the next NSDF?
NSDF 22 will take place from 9th April - 15th April 2022.
What is NSDF?
NSDF is a week-long annual festival that showcases the best theatre created by 16-26-year olds from all over the UK. Alongside this, we offer 100+ workshops, discussions and events. NSDF 22 will take place in various venues across Leicester City. At NSDF, talent is spotted and coached and lives get changed. You get to be part of something.
How do I book a ticket?
Tickets for NSDF 22 will be released in early 2022. You will be able to get full week passes, half week passes, day passes and individual show tickets. NSDF 22 will be free although there will be an option to to contribute on a Pay What You Decide basis.
Will the festival meet my access requirements?
What about Covid-19?
We take the welfare of our staff and participants seriously. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure that the festival is run as safely as possible and this may mean additional health precautions. More details on what we are doing to ensure the safety of our staff and participants will be released closer to the festival and in line with Covid-19 guidance and policy updates.

What is the Management Team?
The Management Team help us produce the Festival week. If you're interested in gaining hands on experience in Venue Management, Front of House, Box Office, Administration, Events Management and Producing then apply to be part of the team! What is the Technical Team?
Our Technical Director backed up by a professional team of theatre technicians will work with you to build the Festival from the ground up.

What is Noises Off?
Noises Off is the Festival magazine run by young theatre critics. The Noises Off team publishes exciting theatre criticism, writing, and opinion pieces. You can read their articles here.
As a writer for Noises Off, you’ll attend festival events and all the performances, writing reviews and articles about the festival. You can find more out about writing for the Noises Off team here and applications for the Noises Off team are open - deadline is 21st January 2022.
What is the NSDF HUB?

What is The Bigger Room Project?
