Nickie Miles-Wildin is DaDaFest's joint Artistic Director & CEO.
Nickie was previously Associate Director at Graeae Theatre Company where she was Head of new writing. She has also worked at Royal Exchange Theatre as Young Company Programme Leader and prior to that Resident Assistant Director, part of the Regional Theatre Young Directors Scheme.

Nickie has been assistant director at Royal Exchange Theatre, National Theatre, Graeae Theatre Company, Kazzum and as Associate Director on TOMMY (Ramps On The Moon).
In 2014 Nickie co-founded TwoCan, Gloucestershire’s first disabled led theatre company.
