NSDF 19 will take place between April 13th and 19th 2019.
Tickets will go on sale in the Autumn. They are priced £100 for a Full Week Pass, £50 for a Half Week Pass, and £25 for a Day pass.
The price of tickets is the same across the Festival - whether you are involved in a production that is selected for the Festival, or are invited to be part of the Festival Company, volunteer on the Technical or Management Teams, or come along to watch the performances and take part in everything, the price is the same.
The passes give access to everything: productions, workshops, events and discussions. There are no additional or hidden costs.
Full Week Passes are valid for the whole week, Half Week Passes get you access for three days, and you can purchase individual Day Passes also. Full info on how to book tickets will be made available in the Autumn. There is no need to reserve seating for performances, but we do encourage you to book in advance for our workshop programme. This is done through this website, and the workshop programme will be published a week or so before NSDF 19.
We will announce our full workshop programme in advance of the Festival.
Ticket buyers will be able to advance book their workshop places before the Festival opens. Check out our Archive to see the full programme of workshops we had at NSDF 18, including those led by renowned fight directors RC ANNIE, queer performance makers MILK PRESENTS, actor and performance maker LUCY ELLINSON, writer and performer CHRIS THORPE, and director ROY ALEXANDER WEISE.
The full programme of selected productions will be published in early 2019, following our selection day.
Tickets for individual performances will be made available to the public, where capacity allows, in advance of the Festival.
There will be a discussion every day, where the entire Festival audience is invited to gather and discuss the work we've seen, and wider social and political issues in the arts. We also plan to build upon the introduction of the more intimate FORUMS introduced in 2018.
We programme a range of late night events including the legendary quiz, a cabaret and several parties. More info TBA.
