Technician impossible no 1

In 2012, King Dick’s skeleton was found under a car park in Leicester by a group of (probably) very surprised archaeologists. To celebrate the heritage of this historic city and its car parks, we’d like you to find us something similar.

Technicians, you have been issued with your first challenge: find us a ghost that’s worth digging up a car park for.
